How it Works
Virtual Accounting Online makes it easy for you to send your financial documents. If you have paper documents, you can scan them and upload them via FTP (file transfer protocol). If your documents are digital already, you can email them to us or upload them via FTP. If you don’t own scanner, simply mail the documents to us, we’ll scan them and upload them for you. You will always have online access to your financials.
*Don’t own a scanner or can’t find the time and resources to scan?
No problem. Simply mail your documents to us and we’ll scan and upload them to your VAO account for you.
What happens if you have an important matter and the office is closed?
Not an issue. You will receive your dedicated virtual accountant’s cell phone number to insure all needs and requests can be addressed 6 a.m. to midnight 7 days a week.
